- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) of behalf of the Office of Family Policy Military Community & Family Policy in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 intends to negotiate a sole source award with Purdue University. This requirement is for a study to map the cycle of return and reunion from a social sciences perspective. The goal of this study is to generate new knowledge about patterns of change in well-being and relationship quality among military members and their families during the year following return from combat deployment.
