Description

Pre-solicitation notice for the acquisition of a turnkey system to include 1 ea. Weatherproof, Drive In Environmental Chamber and 1 ea. 150 KW Motor-Generator (MG) Set Frequency Converter (480V, 60 Hz to 208V, 400 Hz) to be used outside of Bldg. 403, here at Letterkenny Army Depot. The contractor shall be responsible for all necessary construction and complete installation of the chamber and all complimentary equipment. This acquisition is unrestricted and is being synopsized as full and open competi tion. Contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP)type contract under Far Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This solicitation is subject to the Availability of Funds, FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds. The FOB point is Letterkenny Army Depot (De stination). All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation.
