PRON: AX6F6254AX, NSN: 5330-01-347-0005, PN: 7-114111105-3, Quantity: 82 each minimum/182 each maximum 3 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the AH-64 Airframe with delivery to New Cumber land PA 17070-5001. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Production Lead Time with F irst Article Testing is 82 each due 357 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead Time without First Article is 82 each due 238 DACA. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restrict ed to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
