- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information, included in this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation issued by The U.S. Arm y and Aviation and Missile Command, on behalf of the Product Manager for USA TMDE Activity (USATA). This procurement is for eleven limited deploy Torque Force Calibrator Systems (NSN 6635-01-327-4461) and accessories. This announcement constitutes the on ly solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. Quotes must be received no later than 4:00 pm C DT, 25 August 2006.
