- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9114F-06-T-0164. This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quotation, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Fede ral Acquisition Circular 2005-11. The system includes the following: 1 each Dexis intra-oral sensor; 1 each DEXIS capture card, 1 each single-computer license for DEXray software; 1 each Position-It kit; 1 each Carrying Case; 1 each Dell Premium Lap top; 1 each DEX-Animal Software License; 1 each 2 year Basic Care, 1 each DEXnet-one software license; 2 each Sensor Sheaths.
