- Description
- The Moncrief Army Community Hospital, Fort Jackson, South Carolina has a requirement for Medical Gases and Gas Containers. The Offeror shall fill the gas cylinders 7 days from the receipt of the order. Emergency request for fill of medical gas cyli nders shall be filled within 24 hours upon receipt of order. The Contractor shall deliver and pick up oxygen cylinders size M and D from the Fire Department Ambulance Area once a week located on the corner of Hill Street and Jackson Blvd, Columbia, South Carolina. Contractor shall pick up and deliver required and requested oxygen cylinders from Moncrief Army Community Hospitals Supply and Acquisition Branch located on 4500 Stuart Street, (basement floor), Moncrief Army Community Hospital. The period of performance for this requirement is from 01 October 2006 through 30 September 2007 and for four 1-year option periods. The funding of this requirement is subject to the availability of funds and is contingent upon Congress enacting Fiscal Year 2007 Appr opriation. The solicitation will be advertised and available for bidding on the Army Single Face Industry acquisition website: http://acquisition.army.mil/asfi on or about the August 14, 2006.
