Description

THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. U.S. Geological Survey, Patuxent Wildlife Research Center, Laurel, MD plans to make a non-competitive award to National Band and Tag, 721 York Street, Newport, KY for a variety of bird bands. The anticipated award date is 8/09/2006, under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Delivery is required by 11/09/2006; the NAICS Code is 331319. Information will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. Determination to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
