- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N00259-06-T-0162. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-11. This is a competitive unrestricted action. Naval Medical Center San Diego requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing: CLIN 0001 Rental and license agreement for Traumaman Training system for 24 students. Rental period of the Traumaman System for the advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)! courses will cover 6 courses from 1 Oct 06 through 30 Sep 07. For each course the Traumaman System is to include 16 replaceable tissue sections, one for each student. P/N: TMA 80+.
