Description
This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N00259-06-T-0162. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-11. It is the contractors responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. Both clauses and provisions may be accessed in full text at www.arnet.gov. The NAICS code is 339113. This is a competitive unrestricted action. Naval Medical Center San Diego requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing: CLIN 0001 Rental and license agreement for Traumaman Training system for 24 students. Rental period of the Traumaman System for the advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)! courses will cover 6 courses from 1 Oct 06 through 30 Sep 07. For each course the Traumaman System is to include 16 replaceable tissue sections, one for each student. P/N: TMA 80+.
