- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. It is the intent of NAVAIR Orlando, Training Systems Division, 12350 Research Parkway, Orlando, FL to award a Firm Fixed Price sole source Purchase Order, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), to Loyola Enterprises, Inc, 2984 South Lynnhaven Road, Suite 101, Virginia Beach, VA 23452, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, however all other timely offers will be considererd. Loyola Enterprises, is a small business. This sole source is based on the fact that software is proprietary and only available from manufacturer. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
