- It has been deemed to be in the best interest of the Government that the following project be solicited on a sole-source basis with the Small Business Administration utilizing the 8(a) program with Web LLC, Springfield, VA. N62467-06-R-9161, CONSTRUCT PAGE FIELD SHOWER FACILITY (PI0607R), Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, South Carolina. Construction costs between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This project includes clearing and grubbing wooded area, cutting, filling, and grading of the site, construction of an approximately 1,875 square foot brick veneered, CMU, slab on grade building with fiberglass asphalt shingled roof, housing showers, toilets, and changing areas with heating, and ventilation, side walk, utilities construction and connections, grassing and incidental related work. The work includes relocating two commercial gas fired water heaters and two gas furnaces. NAICS is 236210: INDUSTRIAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION with a size standard of $31 million.
