- N00164-06-T-0091-STATEMENT OF WORK MODIFICATION - FSG 99- NAICS-333999 Issue Date-03 AUG 06- Closing Date-08 AUG 2006-Time12:00PM CDT This solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FedBizOpps is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FedBizOppss is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. You may also access information on the NSWC Crane Division web site at http://www.crane.navy.mil/supply/homepage.htm. This modification is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. This modification can be viewed at The Government has already awarded purchase order number N00164-06-P-1035 to Autonomous Solutions (ASI) of Young Ward, UT on a sole source basis. The services were procured on a sole source basis because of duplication of cost that would be incurred by the Government and excessive time delays that would be experienced in accordance with FAR 6.0302-1. The Government now has requirement for related services that are closely tied to the work that ASI has already accomplished under the existing purchase. Thus, the Government intends to modify the existing purchase order to procure these new requirements because it has been determined that the same rationale for restricting competition still exists.
