Description

General Services Administration is seeking interested small businesses who wish to submit offers for the purchase of recyclable materials generated by Internal Revenue Service (Florence and Covington, KY). The Contractor shall provide all materials labor, equipment, supplies, management, supervision, plans, schedules, and coordination to assure effective completion of the requirements. Recycling materials include white ledger (40), Mixed (1), corrugated (Baled) and corrugated (loose). The Government intends to make award to the offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government. Technical and price proposals are required. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns; therefore all responsible small business sources may submit an offer which will be considered by this Agency. NAICS Code 423930, Small Business Size Standard is Not to Exceed (500 employees for Government contracting). Solicitation GS-04P-06-EWE-0025 will be issued on December 24, 2005. All offers shall be due on January 26, 2006. The term of the contract shall be for one (1) base year, with four (4) one (1) year option renewal periods. The contract shall not exceed five (5) years. The solicitation will result in the award of a firm fixed price contract.
