- Description
- The Contractor shall supply fabricated mechanic crane bodies for a medium duty chassis, including insulation of Crane Model 6620, and compressor, (2 each) C7500 Series Vehicle Chassis. End product will meet the minimum requirements to consist of Installation, Finish and Paint, Mechanic Crane Body Construction, General Body Specifications, Drawer Sets, Crane Specifications, Compressor Specifications, and Additional Miscellaneous Items. The Bureau of Indian Affairs requires a firm, fixed-price contract. The solicitation is unrestricted and is solicited on an open market basis. Bid opening date is scheduled at 10:30 A.M. (local time), August 25, 2006, at BIA, Navajo Regional Office, 301 W. Hill Ave., 3rd Floor Conference Room No. 342, Gallup, New Mexico 87301. Twenty (20) sets of solicitation packages will be available on a first come, first serve basis until the supply is exhausted. Technical inquiries must be submitted in writing seven (7) days before the closing date. All responsive bids from responsible bidders will be considered. Interested firms are requested to submit a written request to obtain the solicitation package either by mail or by facsimile, Fax No. (505) 863-8382, Attention: Lynelle Benallie. Telephone requests to obtain the solicitation package will not be accepted. Contract award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
