- This is Amendment No. 0001 to Solicitation No. GS-04P-06-EWE-0025 issued on 12/28/2005. The previous pre-solicitation notice was issued on 12/28/2005. The purpose of this amendment is as follows: Item #1 (a) The price schedule is revised to include the 4th type of material Corrugated (loose) for the base year and the four option years. (b) Added paragraph # F Bid Deposit and paragraph #G- Mandatory Registration with the CCR and ORCA websites. Item #2 Table of Contents, Page 4 Section H Special Contract Requirement is deleted in its entirety. Item #3 (a) Section B, page 7 through 8, Added (4) type of material Corrugated (loose) for the base year and the four option years. Item #4 - Section B, page 9, paragraph B.2 Paper Unit Pricing revised to rephrase 1st paragraph and under the heading Type of Material/location and estimates of materials added another type of material and the estimated quantities for corrugated cardboard (loose). Item #5 Section C, page 11 and 12, paragraph C.5.1 Destruction of Material Covered Under The Privacy Act revised to rephrase the entire paragraph C.5.1. Added paragraph C.5.2 Criminal/Civil Sanctions. Item #6- Section C, page 12, paragraph C.6 Definitions Added the definition for Old Corrugated Container (Loose) Item #7 Section C, page 15, paragraph C.10 Weighing Revised to rephrase the entire paragraph C.10. Item #8 Section H, Page 29 through 30, Special Contract Requirements. Item #9 Page 66, paragraph 18.2, Price Proposal, added information about the Representation and Certification and added information about the CCR website .Item #10 ANSWER (RESPONSE) TO QUESTION RECEIVED FROM MITCH JACOBS, MONTGOMERY PAPER COMPANY. Item #11 ANSWER (RESPONSE) TO QUESTION RECEIVED FROM RICH BAERWALT, DECATUR RECYCLING. THE ENTIRE AMENDMENT #0001 IS POSTED ON EPS OR FedBizOpp. Amendment #0001 consists of two (2) files.
