Description: This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in Sub-part 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F1S2AA6167A100. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-11 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20060616. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811420, Small Business size standard is 6.5 million. All GSA and Non-GSA vendors are encouraged to participate in this solicitation. The requirement is to acquire a service to refinish dorm furniture (on-site) to include labor and materials to refinish the following furniture: HQ4-115CHT-32; Five Drawer Dressers (qty: 120); HQ4-223DSK44; Desk with Carrel (qty: 120); UP5-44SLD23; refinish and re-upholster two position chairs including 1 ½ yards of Grade A fabric and seat foam, Fabric color: Georgetown Classic Copen (bldg 2424) and Quasar Navy (Bldg 2425) 100,000 double rubs, 10 year warranty (qty: 120); HQ4-55NT26; refinish nightstands (qty: 120); DM1-11DH58; Twin size Headboards (qty: 120); and HQ4-22AR38; refinish Television Dresser Unit. All work will be done at furnishing locations (Buildings: 2424 and 2425). CONTRACTORS MUST COMPLY WITH DFARS 252.204-7004, REQUIRED CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION.
