- The purpose of this amendment: To change from 1 ea. Accurpress Brake 175 Ton x 12' Brake and 1 ea. Accurshear Hydraulic Shear Model 6-500-10 to Accurpress Brake 175 ton x 12' or equivalent and 1 ea. Accurshear Hydraulic Shear Model 6-500-10 or equiva lent. All contractual and technical questions must be in writing (e-mail) to nicole.gram@tacom.army.mil Telephone questions/inquires will not be accepted. Selection and award will be based on lowest price technically acceptable. Technical acceptability will be determined by review of information submitted by the offeror which must provide a description in sufficent detail to show that the product offered meets the Government's requirement. Incorporate Clause 252.225-7001, Buy American Act. Bid closing is hereby extended to 12:00 pm EST, 11 August 2006. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (04-AUG-2006); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
