Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, Netcentric Services Branch, Hardware/Software Section (DITCO/PL8231), Scott AFB, IL, intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Jabber, Inc., 1899 Wynkoop Street, Suite 600, Denver, CO 80202 for the purchase of annual software support and maintenance of Jabber XCP licenses. This purchase is being made in support of DISA, Defense Collaboration Tool Suite. This will be accomplished under FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, Test Program. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software support and maintenance must indicate their interest no later than Wednesday, 30 Aug 2006, 9:00 am, Central Time.
