Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, Net-Centric Services Branch, Hardware/Software Section (DITCO-PL8231), Scott AFB, IL, intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Gans & Pugh, Associates, 690 Center St. Ste 201, Herndon, VA 20170-5019 for the purchase of one hundred sixty-five (165) ?Avida? AV210WM Magnetic Contact with Magnasphere and RE Magnet to be used in conjunction with IDS-L400-C-538 Sentinel UPS monitoring/Alarm system and IDSA-C539M complete sensor system. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. Only Avida components can be used to augment the existing WHCA infrastructure. Authorized resellers who can provide the above listed requirement must indicate their written interest within 3 days of this notice. Oral communications are not acceptable.
