Description
This a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No 1019097. Email the contact person within the synopsis/solicitation for a copy of the statement of work. The solicitation documents incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-12. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: www.acqnet.gov/far. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Rockville, MD - The Government does not require any onsite performance at the Government?s site. The NAICS code is 511210 and the Small Business Standard is $23 Million. The Food and Drug Administration requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing these services in accordance with the product description. Note 1 applies. Contractor unit price, when incorporated into a Government contract, will be released under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) without further notice to the contractor submitter. If the Contractor takes issue with the release, it should submit its quote data with the appropriate legends and explain in detail why such data cannot be released as a public record under the Freedom of Information Act. License Description The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has a requirement that requires the need to obtain SOFTWARE LICENSES: CLIN 1001 INS-LNX-64-F ? Insure ++ 64bit Edition Linux Floating License ? Qty 3 CLIN 1002 INSM-LNX-64-F ? 1 Year Maintenance Insure++ 64bit Edition Linux Floating License ? Qty 3 CLIN 1003 CTEST-PRO-UX-BL ? C++Test Professional Edition-Unix Node Lock License ? Qty 1 CLIN 1004 CTESTM-PRO-UX-NL ? 1 year Maintenance C++Test Pro Edition-Unix Node Lock License ? Qty 1 - BNF graphical user interface for creating and extending coding standard rule-sets - Single vendor solution providing integration of commercial off-the-shelf coding standards, unit testing, code coverage, metrics gathering and memory leak detection. - Memory Leak detection granularity must be at the Source Code Insertion level. Must support both 32-bit and 64-bit Linux and Solaris architectures in a single product. The Government may award a contract on the basis of initial offers received, without discussions. Therefore, each initial offer should contain the offerors best terms and conditions from a cost or price standpoint. However, if considered necessary by the Contracting Officer, discussions will be conducts with only those offerors determined to have a reasonable chance for award. Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Offerors must be registered in the CCR database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at http://www.ccr.gov/. All quotes shall include price(s), FOB point, a point of contact, name and phone number, business size, and payment terms.
