Description

The National Institute of Mental via the National Institute of Drug Abuse intends to award to Pharmasynth Company on a sole-source basis using FAR 13.106-3 Simplified acquisition techniques to purchase (1)chemical compound MNPA Precursor, Compound Desmethyl-MNpA. (2) MNPA Compond MNPA, 100MG. The above materials are required for investigation of the Bio Distribution in Rodents and Monkeys of [11C] MNPA, Probe used for imaging Dopamine Receptors with Pet ( Positron Emission Tomography) MNPA is a special probe for the Dopamine Receptor, because it binds to only the high affinity state of this receptor. Therefore, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements (FAR 6.301-1). This notice of Intent is not a request for Quote. Interest parties may identify their interest to this requirement in writing by the posting end date.
