- The Federal Correctional Institution, Morgantown, West Virginia, intends to award a single contract for bread for the entire Fiscal Year 2007. The term of the contract shall be October 01, 2006 through September 30, 2007. This shall be an indefinite delivery/requirements type contract. Quantities are estimated and not guaranteed. All products must be kosher and the wheat bread must be kosher/parve. Ordering and delivery schedules shall be agreed upon at time of award, however, a single weekly order and delivery is required. The RFQ is not set aside for small business. The solicitation will be available on or after August 28, 2006, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information aobut this acquisiiton, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
