- Sir Description: The Federal Aviation Administration Western-Pacific Region, Hereby announces its intention to solicit a Request for Offers (RFO). This is a Small Business Set-Aside. Awards Resulting from the RFO will be based on best value to the FAA giving consideration to: (1) Total Cost to the FAA, and (2) Offeror's past performance and experience with the same or similar work. The successful offeror shall furnish all necessary labor, equipment, materials, supplies, tools, and supervision necessary in the performance of the Janitorial, Landscape and Irrigation Systems Maintenance at the Federal Aviation Administration, Facility in Honolulu, Hawaii. The Solicitation will request pricing for the Base period and Four (4) option years. Items to be awarded separately. The Standard Industrial Code for this projects are 56172, 56179. Responses to this SIR will be accepted through August 29, 2006 solicitation request MUST IDENTIFY THE SOLICITATION NUMBER AND MUST BE REQUESTED VIA FACSIMILE (310) 725-6843, (310) 725-6842 or in writing. Please direct all requests to the FAA Contracting Rep. Mr. Fidel Cantu. VERBAL OR TELEPHONIC REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED. A public bid opening will not be held. A request for a solicitation received by 3:00 pm pacific daylight savings time on September 08, 2006. Any request for a solicitation received after this date, regardless of how transmitted, will not be honored. The solicitation for this project will be issued on or about September 08, 2006. The FAA may make an award without communications or negotiations; however, communications and/or negotiations may be conducted to determine the Best Value to the FAA.
