Description: The Department of Veterans, Austin Automation Center currently requires annual software maintenance for Quest software Intrust with Secure Collection per managed server tier A for the period 10/1/2006 through 9/30/2007. NAICS Code 541519. The best of the Government's knowledge Quest Software is the sole authorized provider for maintenance support for the above mentioned software. Responses to this notice must be in writing and must be received by 5:00pm cst on August 29, 2006. Third part firms will be considered only if responding with clear and convincing evidence that the firm has been granted rights to provide the services being procured. The determination to open competition based on responses is solely with in the discretion of the Government. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published.
