- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: Line Item 01: Qty 1 Lot, Command and Control Center recording system and installation, Nicecall Focus III or equal. The Recording system should include 12 channel recording capability, a Capability to record telephone lines (minimum 4 Meridian), hotlines/direct lines and radio frequencies (standard flying ops frequencies UHF/VHF), and an ability to retrieve recordings and transpose to portable media. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers, oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Registration requires all contractors to have a DUNS number. Contractor should be aware that registering could take up to 3 weeks to process. Contractors may access CCR at http://www.ccr.gov. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12 and DFARS Change Notice 20060808. NAICS 541519 , Size Standard, $6.5M, applies to this procurement. FOB: Destination for delivery to Tyndall AFB, FL 32403.
