- Description
- The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The contract will require inspection of a government-owned Transportable Burn Kettle Processor (TBKP), conduct appropriate repairs, refurbish and/or upgrade the TBKP, and perform a test burn/training session. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Attention: Contractor must be registered with Central Contractor Registration to be eligible for contract award or payment from any DOD activity.
