- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. FA7012-06-T-0069. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-12. This is set aside for 100% Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 337127 at 500 employees size standard. LINE ITEM: CLIN 0001: Bleacher, size: 35 feet by 7 feet row wall attached, manually operated with self-storing aisle rails, self storing end reails and sculpture seat module seats. QTY:1 , UNIT PRICE: $ _____________, EXTENDED PRICE: $ _____________. ITEM: CLIN 0002: Bleacher, size: 24 feet by 7 feet wall attached, manually operated with self-storing aisle rails, self storing end reails and sculpture seat module seats QTY: 1, UNIT PRICE: $ _____________, EXTENDED PRICE: $ _____________. ITEM: CLIN 0003: Installation of bleachers. QTY: 1 , UNIT PRICE: $ _____________, EXTENDED PRICE: $ _____________. INSPECTON AND ACCEPTANCE TERMS: Item shall be priced FOB Destination. Item shall be delivered to: 150 Arnold Ave., Bolling AFB, DC 20032. (Youth Center). Delivery date upon receipt of order: NLT 30 days. Supplies/services will be inspected at destination/government, accepted at destination/government. . The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. FAR PROVISIONS: The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items and Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items applies to this solicitation, specifically the following criteria: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and price is determined most advantageous to the Government. 52.212-3, Offerors Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items are hereby incorporated.
