Description

The Contractor shall provide necessary personnel supervision, management, tools, equipment, materials, and any other items or services necessary to accomplish the professional development program services for U.S ARMY Center for Health Promotion and Preventive Medicine - Pacific (USACHPPM-PAC), Camp Zama, Japan in accordance with the Performance-Based Work Statement (PWS) and commercial and local standards. The Contractor shall provide one (1) course ? five (5) days HAZWOPER Training for USACHPPM-PAC Environmental program personnel and personnel evolved with training for responding to emergency and environment site work. The support will address specific challenges and questions with a focus on the following services for a four-months period of time. The Contractor shall provide the CHPPM-PAC Commander with both a forty (40) hour HAZWOPER training course and an eight (8) hour refresher course that meets all the requirements outlined in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) Standard Title 29 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 1910.120. This training is required by AR 385-10 and AR 40-5 along with OSHA 26 CFR 1910.120. This contract will not be approved SOFA Status, therefore, the offeror must be including their employee's transportation, lodging and other living cost during the performance. The offeror should submit their company's and instructor's resume with their quotation.
