- The purpose of this modification is to provide information regarding the pre-solicitation/pre-proposal conference. The conference will be pre-solicitation if the request for proposal has not been released by the date held. The conference will be pre-proposal if the request for proposal has been released by the date held. The conference is scheduled for September 13, 2006, at Fort Huachuca in the Greely Hall auditorium (Building 61801, 2133 Cushing Street, Room 1215). Registration will be held between 0900 1000 at the entrance of the auditorium. Please do not arrive early. The conference is scheduled from 1000 1600. Fort Huachuca is a closed military installation and those wishing to participate in the conference must provide a drivers l icense or ID, vehicle registration, and proof of vehicle insurance at Fort Huachucas main gate. Directions to Fort Huachuca from the Tucson International Airport and a Fort Huachuca map are available at the following web-site address: http://www.mwrhuac huca.com/map.html. Directions to Greely Hall from the Main Gate: Take Squier to Irwin. Make a right onto Irwin. Take Irwin to Hatfield. Make a left onto Hatfield. Take Hatfield to Arizona. Make a right onto Arizona. Take Arizona to Cushing. Make a right onto Cushing. The building is on the left. Parking is available in multiple lots around the building. Check in at the front desk before going to the auditorium. No security clearance is required for attendance at the conference. However, companies planning to attend are required to provide their company name along with company representatives first and last names to Sonya Godlewski, Contract Specialist, at sonya .godlewski@netcom.army.mil no later than 4:00 p.m. MST on September 8, 2006. Attendance shall be limited to no more than four representatives per company. Proof of identification (photo) will be required for each individual for access into the conference . Recording devices and lap tops will not be permitted in the conference. Please do not bring them into the building. Cellular phones will be turned off for the duration of the conference.
