- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) is 423110, and the size standard is 500 employees. This procurement is a 100% Set-aside for Small Business. Any brand na mes or trade names used in the RFQ specifications are for the purpose of describing and establishing standards of quality and performance and characteristics desired. Such brand names or trade names are not intended to limit or restrict competition. Inte rested parties may submit a quote for products substantially equivalent to those specified unless the RFQ expressly provides that only a particular brand or product is acceptable. All proposed brand, or product, substitutions shall be subject to review an d approval; full specifications of substitutes are required to be submitted with the quotation. The pricing must be quoted as follows: Quantity, Units, Unit Price, Total Price. CLIN 0001- 1 Truck, Full-size Super Duty with Snow Plow. Model year 2006 or newer. Truck Specifications are: V8 Diesel Engine, 4x4, Regular Cab, Automatic Transmission, Single Rear Axle, 140 Amp min per SAE Alternator, Engine Block Heater, Air Conditioni ng, AM/FM Stereo, Fiberglass Body, Tow Package, Draw Bar Receiver Class IV, Running Boards, OEM Trailer Brake Controller, Left Side Long Horizontal Compartment, Right Side Long Horizontal Compartment, Snow Plow Prep Package, Reversible Snow Plow, a hard co py parts and service manual, and a Data Plate. Manufacturer: Ford, Model: F350. Truck must be fully prepped with accessories and plow installed, and delivered to Fort Drum, NY.
