Description
The Northern Region Contracting Center, Mission Support Division, Fort Leavenworth, KS, is seeking sources among GSA schedule contractors to support the US Army Information Operations Proponent (USAIOP), for the Functional Area 30 (FA30), Information Operations Qualifications Course. The contractor will be required to redesign the current 9 week course and develop 3 additional weeks of courseware. The contractor will also be required to provide instructor support for small group seminars consisting o f 8-10 students in each seminar. The instructors will be required to develop or update government training materials on a continuous basis. A brief description of tasks and minimum personnel qualifications are as follows: Task 1: Task Order Execution Plan (TOEP), which provides the methodology, interfaces, and timelines for task order performance. Task 2: Develop curriculum and courseware. Task 3: Review, analyze, and modify curriculum and courseware. Task 4: Classroom Delivery. The instructor shall be res ponsible for delivering a minimum of two courses per year each 12 weeks in duration and instruct all FA30 courseware to two of the small group seminars. . Minimum Personnel Qualifications: A Bachelor of Arts or Science degree from an accredited college or university. A Graduate of a service school equivalent to the US Army Command and General Staff College (MEL 4). Served as a service school instructor with recent experience in designing and developing courseware and also teaching the developed products to students. Possess or be capable of becoming TRADOC instructor certified. (USCGSC FDP 1 certification desired.) Possess a SECRET security clearance. The complete requirements will be included in Statement of Work (SOW) issued with the Request for Proposal which will be provided to all qualified respondents. The period of performance is twelve months from the date of award, with two twelve-month option periods. This will be a firm fixed price order with cost reimbursable travel. The Federal Supply Classifica tion (FSC) code for this project is B599, the Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 8742 and the North American Industrial Classification Code System (NAICS) is 541618. All responses will be considered. The contractor shall provide their GSA contract number, labor categories, and rates for this service. Response shall include company name, address, POC, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, business size, taxpayer identification number, DUNS number and CAGE code. All contractors must be registered in Centr al Contractor Registration at https://www.ccr.gov. All responses must reference W91QF4-6234-ND22, FA30-USAIOP and must be received no later than 2: PM, Central Time, 7 September 2006.
