Description

This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items adds the statement you may quote on these items in their entirety or partial. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subp art 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. We have a requireme nt for Brand Name (no substitutions) for 150 EOTech Sights (EOT 552.A65/1); 150 LaRue EOTECH Mount QD (APP LT 110); 120 Schmidt & Bender Scope 11-4x20 Short Dot Locking System Scopes (SB 649-8); and 120 LaRue SPR/M4 Mount QD 30mm (APP LT 104-30mm). The ap plicable NAICS code is 423990 with a size standard of 100 employees. Payments will be made by the Government Visa Purchase Card, credit card. You must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov/). Award shall be made to the technically acceptable, lowest priced proposal with the best proposed delivery schedule. The first required delivery is due by September 30, 2006 with 15 of each item. Entire item quotes and partial item quotes are due no later than 12:00 pm MDT on Thur sday 31 August 2006.
