- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of Office of the Chief of Army Reserves, intends to award a sole source award to Congressional Quarterly, Inc., 1255 22nd Street, Northwest, 7th Floor, Washington, DC 20037 to renew its annual su bscription of the Congressional Quarterly. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by 10:00 am on 30 August 2006. This notice is not a request for quotes.
