- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The subject solicitation, W912JA-06-Q-MM01, is for the procurement of services for the Alabama Army National Guard at Fort Rucker, Alabama. The required service includes phase work to design, upgrade, install and test camera/recorder/switcher/mixer equipme nt for a fully functional digital system as follows: Phase I: design for upgrading 5 cameras, switcher, mixer, monitors, patching and wiring. Deliverables include floor plan, elevation drawings, and schematic drawings. Phase II: update wiring diagrams. Phase III: removal, installation, testing for a fully functional and documented digital system. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Delivery, Inspection and Acceptance will be at Destination (Fort Rucker). The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 423410. PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES applicable to this acquisition are as follows: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, no addenda included; FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, proposal shall include a completed copy of this provision; FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, no addenda included; FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items; DFARS 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items.
