You may fax or mail your request ATTN: AMSAM-AC-AL-M, Jennifer Jackson, Contract Specialist, or Jeanie Clark, Contracting Officer, FAX number 2 56-313-8194. No telephone requests will be accepted. The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, testing equipment and materials to overhaul the Telescope, Straight and Periscope, Trihedral, PRON(s): AX6M0643/AX6M0653, Input NS N(s): 6650-01-200-9672/6650-01-200-9632 and 6650-01-440-9215, Input PN(s): 2303000/2306000 and 2306000-2, Output NSN(s): 6650-01-200-9672/6650-01-440-9215, Output Part Number(s): 2303000/2306000-2 in support of the AH-64A aircraft. The Government intends to modify an existing contract, W58RGZ-05-D-0206, to add a minimum quantity of 4 each, maximum quantity of 12 each Telescope, Straight, and a minimum quantity of 4 each, maximum quantity of 10 each Periscope, Trihedral (Maximum quantities include a quantit y of 2 each for FMS) . This item is restricted to DRS Data & Imaging Systems, Inc., Cage Code 54089 because technical data is not currently available to support a competitive solicitation. The applicable drawings and technical data are not available due to proprietary data. The only known source(s) of overhaul data for the Telescope, Straight and Periscope, Trihedral is DRS Data & Imaging Systems, Inc. This requirement is currently unfunded. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and perform maintenance/overhaul on the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by acce ssing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All approved sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. Award will not be delayed to allow Source Ap proval Request (SAR) processing time for unapproved sources. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
