Description
The United States Army Communications Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) type contract for Relay, Electromagnet (NSN: 5945-01-165-1065 ) for MIL-STD Generators. The proposed ID/IQ action will be for a maximum quantity of 5,000 units of NSN: 5945-01-165-1065 over the five years. The contractor shall perform First Article Testing (FAT) in accordance with FAR 52.209-3; the Statement of Work will contain all specific details of FAT when the solicitation is posted. This is an invitation for bid (IFB) through a Reverse Auction (RA) and the solicitation number assigned is W15P7T-06-B-D020. Furthermore, the RA will be a small business set aside i n accordance with North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 335314 business size standard of less than 750 employees. The solicitation will include all instructions on how the Reverse Auction will be evaluated. Additionally, the solicitati on will give instructions as how each contractor can receive an ID and Password for the reverse auction. Early delivery at no additional cost to the government and is encouraged. Shipments are to be FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance FOB Source. Instructions as to where the items will be shipped will be imbedded in the solicitation. Items on the contract will be ordered by individual delivery orders. Each delivery order will set forth all requirements, delivery schedule, shipping instructions, an d the applicable price. The U.S. Army C-E LCMC has established the IBOP website as part of the ASFI at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil/, to allow electronic transmittal of solicitations and proposals. All parties interested in doing business with C-E LCMC are invited to access an d operate the ASFI in order to send and receive information. You may access potential C-E LCMC Business Opportunities by selecting C-E LCMC -FISCAL YEAR from the drop down menu under the heading ARMY PRE-AWARD and click GO. Registration for a User ID and Password is available under USER SERVICES, USER REGISTRATION, in the center of the screen. Offerors wishing to participate in the Reverse Auction shall follow the instructions stated in the Solicitation, which describes the date, time and how the Reverse Auction will occur.
