- Description
- The United States Army Communications Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) type contract for a production and repair of Control Display Units (CDUs) NSN: 6625-21-920-0082 and Emergency Control Panels (ECPs) NSN: 1680-21-918-0119. The maximum order for production of the CDUs is 900 units over the live of the contract; and, the maximum order for repairs of the CDUs over the life of the contr act is 450 units. The maximum order for production of the ECPs is 900 units over the live of the contract; and, the maximum order for repairs of the ECPs over the life of the contract is 450 units. The items are being procured as a sole source action as O nly One Responsible Source to Canadian Marconi Electronics (CMC), 415 Legget Drive, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) part 6.302-1 and under authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The request for proposal number asso ciated with this procurement is W15P7T-06-R-D009 and in accordance with FAR Part 15. Shipments are to be FOB destination with Inspection/Acceptance FOB Source. The shipping address will be provided in detail imbedded in the solicitation. Items on the contract will be ordered by individual delivery orders. Each delivery order will set forth all requirements, delivery schedule, shipping instructions, and the applicable price. The U.S. Army C-E LCMC has established the IBOP website as part o f the ASFI, to allow electronic transmittal of solicitations and proposals. All parties interested in doing business with C-E LCMC are invited to access and operate the ASFI in order to send and receive information.
