- Provide all labor, material, and equipment to construct nets and perform trap net assessment at the Creston National Fish Hatchery, Kalispell, Montana. Performance period is from date of award through December 30, 2007. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) will close on September 7, 2006. The RFQ will be available through the Government-wide Point of Entry (GPE) (http://www.fedbizopps.gov). Parties accessing the RFQ through the GPE are to submit their quote through the GPE. This acquisition is open to both large and small business. All responsible sources may submit an offer, however, registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system as an active vendor is required by the closing date of the RFQ. Quotes received from firms not registered in CCR by the closing date of the RFQ will not be considered for award. The website is: www.ccr.gov.
