- The Naval EOD Technology Division is seeking a requirement for an ACORN System Minus Low Band Assembly. Contract action will be a sole source requirement with General Dynamics, Ordnance and Tactical Systems, 13644 Research Parkway, Orlando, FL 32826. Contract action will be other than full and open competition under authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Note: Offeror will be ineligible for award unless it has registered in the DoD's Central Contractor Registration database.
