- This is a Sole Source announcement. No "hard copy" RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. The government intends to award a firm fixed price contract to March Plasma Systems Inc for 1 each March Plasma Systems Model PX-250 with: vacuum chamber, shelf technology electrodes-three, 300 watt 13.56 MHz RF power supply; RF tuning network; microprocessor, Remote operator interface software (ROI), Gas control with 2 mass flow controllers, RS- 232 port, safety interlocks, 11 CFM oxygen service pumping package and installation.. Contract to be awarded IAW Simplified Acquisition, FAR part 13. Direct procurement questions via email to: chris.lewis@navy.mil. Note 22 applies, however, all responses received within 7 days (in lieu of 45 days) of the date of this advertisement. . Responsible firms believing they can provide the above item, should submit a written response to the Purchasing Agent, clearly showing their ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the product and without causing programmatic hardship to the program. E-mail or facsimile quotations are acceptable and must be received on or before the closing date. E-mail quotations may be sent to chris.lewis@navy.mil or faxed to 619-553-9068. The applicable NAICS code is 333295; the size standard is 500 employees. Central Contractor Registration is required for all vendors doing business with DOD.
