- Description
- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SPAWARSYSCEN-SD) intends to award a sole source contract to Technalytics, Incorporated of Canoga Park, California. The procurement will be conducted using other than full and open competition pursuant to 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) for the implementation of ???proof- of-concept??? and the development of the Universal Anti-Spoofing Test Bed (UASTB) within the Navigation and GPS Systems Division. This will be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee, IDIQ contract. The North American Industry Classification System code for this effort is 541330 and the small business size standard is 50. Numbered Note 22 applies.
