- Description
- The U.S. Department of the Treasury, Departmental Offices (DO) intends to award a sole-source Purchase Order to The Corporate Leadership Board for The Corporate Leadership Council Subscription services. The estimated period of performance is from the date of award through 09/30/2007. It is considered that The Corporate Leadership Board has the requisite management, technical capability, required strategic debate and accelerated tactical implementation and resources to accomplish this effort within the current schedule and budget constraints. Statutory authority for award of this purchase order is 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) "Only One Responsible Source." The Government anticipate award of this purchase on or about September 30, 2006. This synopsis is publilshed for information purpose only. No award will be made on the basis of any quotation/proposals or other information received in response to this notice since this is a notificaion of intent to acquire and not a request for proposals.
