- Pre-Solicatation Noticed cancelled in its entirity 08/28/2006 DESC: Pre-Award Notice. Acquisition and Procurement Office, Washington Headquarters Service, Arlington VA intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 37 and 12. This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 8.4, as supplemental with additional information included in this solicitation. This is the only solicitation that will be issued. The solicitation number is HQ0034-06-R-1070. The Washington Headquarter Service, Acquisition & procurement Office intends to negotiate and award an order under an existing multiple award GSA FSS schedule contract. All terms and conditions of the applicable GSA FSS contract are hereby incorporated and made applicable to this solicitation and the resultant order. The Government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price Task Order, however we reserve the right to ?split? the contract deemed to be in the best interest of the Government. ?Split? is defined as separating CLIN 0001 and 0002. The Government encourages alternative or multiple proposals from industry. The task order(s) resulting from this solicitation will, be awarded to the responsible offer (s) whose proposal represents the best value to the Government. The Government objective is to obtain the highest quality at realistic and reasonable price. Offers shall provide a copy of applicable GSA FSS schedule under which they are submitting their proposals, pricing shall be based on current GSA FSS schedule rates, utilizing any and all discounts. Offers shall provide a detailed breakdown of the level and mix of labor, and/or material that comprises the Firm Fixed proposed. The following items will be procured: CLIN 0001, Waste Water protocol, and a representative sample of end-item. To also establishing procedures for selecting a representative weight. CLIN 0002 Develop a Recycling program for the Pentagon describing current program and offering suggestions for improvement. The term of the contract will be from Date of Award, plus an estimated 60-days. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541620. The size standard is $6.5 M.
