- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Naval Special Warfare Development Group, Virginia Beach, Virginia has a potential requirement to procure the following: Clin 0001, CNRRK, 40U T Rack SP Power, 1 ea; Clin 0002, CAT6CBL100, UTP CAT6 Cable 100 white, 2 ea; Clin 0003, PW40U-US, Dual 40U Rack Power Cord US, 1 ea; Clin 0004, CNRMODEMG4, CNR Modem Gen 4, 2 ea; Clin 0005, CNR4NREPLIC, 4Node Replication SW Lic, 2 ea; Clin 0006, CNR4NMSWG4, MIRR SW RTU LIC, 2 ea; Clin 0007, CNRGPLLIC, CNR Gen Public LIC SW, 1 ea; Clin 0008, PS-EXP-CIA, Centera Integ Asure QSES, 1 ea; Clin 0009, WARCNRHWPRM, CNR HW WAR UPG 7X24 4 HR, 1 ea; Clin 0010, CNR4N5MEXG4, 4NODE 500GB MANF EXPAN G4, 1 ea; Clin 0011, CNR4N5MBAG4, 4 NODE 500GB MANF BASE G4, 1 ea; Clin 0012, CNRSW-PPM-PRM, CNR PPMNT PRM SW, 1 ea; Clin 0013, CNR4NREPLIC, 4NODE REPLICATION SW LIC, 1 ea. Please quote brand name or equal to. If quoting an equal please include specifications with your quotation. H92244-06-R-0135 is anticipated to result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Submit written offers; oral orders will not be accepted. This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-12, 04 August 2006. North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) 334112 applies to this procurement. The DPAS rating for this procurement is DO. This procurement is unrestricted. Proposals received after this timeframe shall not be considered for award. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government based on price.
