Description

This announcement constitutes amendment #1 to the combined synopsis / solicitation # A1574065054 for Hot Mix Asphalt. Section B), Description; Add the following: The hot asphalt mix shall adhere to the standard specifications for Cationic Emulsified Asphalt, AASHTO Designation M 208-01 & ASTM Designation D2397-98 with the following change to table 1. Change the percent of oil distillate for CMS-2s to 5% minimum and 20% maximum. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (28-AUG-2006); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
