Description: This project is for an end product aerial application of herbicide in Lewis and Clark, Broadwater and Jefferson Counties of Montana. The end product will be within the contracts terms, specifications and provisions: it will also abide by Montana state law, and label of the herbicide applied. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, chemicals, quality control and incidental supplies necessary to perform work ordered in addition to supplying the water for mix. Work will be performed in mountainous terrain. Contractor shall provide an aerial applicator experienced in mountainous herbicide application.
