- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for brand name only commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is to be set aside for small business'. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 333120 the size standard of which is 750 employees. This document and the incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 20005-12.
