Description

It is the Government's intent to award on a sole source basis to Carleton Life Support Systems, 2734 Hickory Grove Road, Davenport, IA, a firm-fixed price contract for the repair of fourteen (14) Module Assemblies, NSN: 1560-01-187-8516, Part Numbe r: 1643680-1. This is a foreign military sales requirement to support the Government of Israel APACHE AH-64 aircraft. The contractor shall upgrade and make all repairs necessary to return the item(s) to fully serviceable condition code A, in acccordance with the OEM's approved blueprints/drawings, specifications, processes and procedures. Authority cited: statutory authority permitting other than other than full and open competition for this requirement is 10 U.S.C. 3204 (C)(1), as implemented by parag raphs 6.302-1 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) entitled-only one responsible source or only a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements.
