Description: Provide all labor, tools, equipment and materials and perform all work in accordance with the performance work statement required for medical equipment maintenance. The services to be performed under this contract are for Electron Microscope EM-109. Solicitation W81K02-06-T-0133 applies. This is a firm fixed price type contract. Contractor services include but are not limited to equipment repairs, labor, and test equipment, travel and materials not government furnished, necessary to keep the units operational to manufacturer's specifications seven (7) days per week; provide troubleshooting assistance by modem or on site as requested 24 hours per day; providing and installing all hardware and software updates; providing new or update user manuals wh en changes are made; provide a minimum of one (1) preventive maintenance service per year. Contractor shall provide unlimited service calls during the term of the contract. Contract period is for a base period (01 October 2006 through 30 September 2007) and four (4) one-year option periods. The proposed acquisition is a total small business set-aside.
