- The U. S. Department of the Interior, National Business Center, on behalf of Redstone Technical Test Center(RTTC), Development Test Command, US Army Test and Evaluation Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, intends to make a firm-fixed price, sole source award to Qinetiq, Inc, of Arlington, VA. Specifically, RTTC has the need for 40 Q20HD Modules. Justification: QinetiQ is the only approved vendor for the required GPS modules for the Hellfire Program. This announcement is published as a Sole Source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This is NOT a request for competitive quotes. The intent of this Pre-Solicitation Notice is for informational purposes only. However, all information received by 4:30 p.m. EST September 13, 2006 will be considered by the Government.
