Description: This is a notice of intent from the Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division to issue a Firm Fixed Priced Simplified Acquisition Purchase (SAP) Order, on an other than full and open competition basis to Yokogawa Corporation of America. The product to be purchased are as follows: 1 AQ6315A Optical Spectrum Analyzer with FC Connector. While there are other companies that can provide simular products, there are specifications (Developed) that only Yokogawa can provide without loss of time, project dollars, and a delay in man-hours which would effect project schedule.
